Good value, effective place. Adorable staff, peaceful location, big beds. Breakfast was fine with jam, milk, fresh bread, pastries and cheese available.

The room was cool enough and non-smoking, the bed was nice. Tasty continental breakfast with a great food variety. Unbeatable location close to the airport in a very quite area. Again, Maryville-Alcoa Greenway was nearby.

right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. the buffet breakfast is a feast. moreover, we parked our car onsite. we will be back if the opportunity arises.
